You should still be able to set the clock (time/date/dst) and then configure
NTP to an outside source for clocking.

clock set 08:17:00 nov 2 2008

ntp server 1.1.1.1 source inside

or

ntp server 2.2.2.2 source outside

etc.

Are you saying that you cannot?

Set the clock to your timezone and as accurate a time as you can first.
Then configure the NTP options. Let the NTP Server worry about setting the
timezone and the clients will inherit it from them - think of your cell
phone for an immediate example.

Now I hope you are not asking for the PIX 515 to be the NTP Server, right?
