I personally like to use static link-local addresses, because it's
easier to troubleshoot and for your frame-relay maps.
As long as it's not prohibited you are allowed to use them.
Also the 'ipv6 enable' command is not needed, when you issue the ipv6
address 2001:x:x::x command the link-local is automatically generated.
