DOT1Q tunneling multiple Ports & VLAN requirement

Hi,

When tunneling 2 ports do we need different Metro Tags or can a single one
be used for both.

SW3 F0/13 --> F0/16 SW1 -- Dot1Q Trunk -- SW2 F0/19 --> SW4 F0/16
SW3 F0/14 --> F0/17 SW1 -- Dot1Q Trunk -- SW2 F0/20 --> SW4 F0/17

Can VLAN 5 be used for both tunnel ports on SW1 F0/16 , F0/17 & SW2 F0/19 ,
F0/20 ????

I remember facing some tunnel looping issue, but not sure what was it & why
it looped can some one clarify pl.
