B/W calculation for Storm Control

Hi,

I know its simple, but I am caught thinking what is right, can some one
solve this for me pl

If an Ethernet port is set to Speed 10 Mbps & Half duplex & the requirement
is to limit b/c to 750kbps which is the right solution

A. interface FastEthernet0/24
    switchport mode dynamic desirable
    speed 10
    duplex half
    storm-control broadcast level 0.75

B. interface FastEthernet0/24
    switchport mode dynamic desirable
    speed 10
    duplex half
    storm-control broadcast level 7.50

In my opinion the right solution is A.
This is in lab 15 scenario 1.6, the solution as per him is B, I am wondering
how ??? is it not 7.5Mbps as per solution B ??
