Hi Everyone,

Can anyone confirm/deny that once you have booked and paid for a lab date
that you cant move the date without forfeiting the existing fee and paying
another 1500?.

My issue is that I want to bring my lab date forward. And I can't seem to
talk to anyone at Cisco who understands or can help me.
