I would have to guess it is version 5 of the COD and the rest of the workbooks. I would think they would want to distance themselves from the 360 program with two other vendors already doing it and their prices already much lower.
If more vendors were to join the 360 program, how will anyone make any real money selling the same product? I would have to think everyone else will cash in on the fact their material is by far less costly and you get more of it for less in the end.
