There was a thread on GS recently that was talking about the OSPF
subnet mask check (and the fact that it isn't done on P2P networks).
It looks like on P2P links, OSPF skips the "same subnet mask" check,
but not the "same subnet" check you mentioned. Does anyone know if there
is any way of... "persuading" OSPF to skip this check also? (something
like RIP's "no validate update-source"?)
