No, there isn't a simulator per-say that is out there. However, you can
setup VMWare for UC4,5,6, or 7 and play with it there. Just don't try
opening a TAC case on it! :)
You can also setup Unity UM on a VMware image. If you get a server with
enough memory and processor power, you can setup a UC Pub, Sub, and
Unity vmware image running at the same time. It's a great way to get
familiar with UC.
