This message appears due to implementation of GRACEFUL SHUTDOWN.
To shutdown gracefully, eigrp uses message with K values all set to 255.
Therefore in older implementations it appears as "K-Value mismatch" but in
new ones as "graceful shutdown". It accomplishes same goal, so in a way they
achieved backward compatibility.
