One thing which I want to clear is that one someone is already associtated
with any CISCO partner then he got the CCIE number this CCIE will appear in
the list of Certified candidates in the partner site of Cisco BUT this CCIE
will not BIND to the company unless or untill they go and use that CCIE
number in their partner certifications status (like Silver and Gold)

Yes once they use it means submit application for Silver and Gold and
selected you as the CCIE in the company then the things get lilttle
complicated.
