Master index should be your life saver for this unusual feature.
Under 12.4, I can find it under
IP Addressing service command reference IP Addressing CommandsIP Mobile ARPI could not find this feature documented anywhere under 12.4 Configuration Guide!
It was documented in previous releases under IP addressing services configuration guides, e.g. for 12.2 it was

From the new Documentation site however you wont be able to navigate to the above link. Most of the document for old releases have been removed from the new site :(
