To answer your questions:
To answer your first question:
YES, some vendors will remain independent or what Cisco calls grey market,
and continue to offer their own program. I know few that will continue to
stay where they are.

Your second question:
Those who like to jump into the 360 program, AS OF NOW, THEY CAN NOT, This
is ONLY offered or *initially* offered through the companies that i
mentioned (The only reason i say initially, because only god knows what they
will do later), and if others llike to teach the program, they have to go
through one of the companies that i mentioned and may be *contract* one of
thier qualified instructors. BUT Cisco made it cleared that it will be
offered through the companies that i mentioned, and by the way, they won't
negotiate pricing with *any other company*, this is NOT the flee market.
