Yes, but you only need a few CCSIs to become a CLP. The CCSI
certification is pretty easy to obtain. It's really a CCNA level "lab
exam" and some level of demonstration of presenting capabilities.

I heard someone did their CCSI preso on EIGRP; spent 20 minutes going
through it and didn't mention DUAL even once. :)

If you're at a CCIE level, you're really just "going through the
motions" to get a CCSI.
