Dear All,

I recently finish deploying SCE 1000 Appliance with Service Control
Management Collection Manager and SCA BB and reporter.

I went through with lot of problems due to following reason

1- The Collection Manager is in Linux : (
2- The Collection Manager Database is in Sybase (in the linux)
3- The documentation is not good iatleast for the installation purpose. (
For user guides I will dig into it)

Can someone who worked with SCE solution or currently working with SCE
solution can point me in direction where I can get good training online or
presentation . Any thing which can help me in getting myself better in SCE
solution.

What I have is 8 hours online training on SCE Solution available on PEC.

Any help in right direction would be appreciated thanks

P.S: I also came to know from GS that Duabi is blocking SKYPE using SCE. Can
anyone confirm that : )
