John, certification's value does not lie in it's availability, as we have
learned from CCIE Storage track.

Is it more elitist? Maybe.
But is it more valuable? I don't think so.

Just because you cannot readily practice does not mean that it's more
valuable.
Same goes for reverse: just because anyone can practice does not necessarily
devalue certification.
But dynamips surely makes things more fair for people who do not have access
to equipment dedicated to their LAB.
