DTP is disabled anyway on L3 ports, right? So it's a matter of switchport
nonegotiate on the other ports.
Besides, if you have "switchport nonegotiate" command, you will have
switchport command as well:

NO DTP config:
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport mode trunk
switchport nonegotiate

Returning port to L3:
 no switchport
 no ip address

So see, just negating the switchport will return the interface to it's
initial state.
If I reenable "switchport" then the config of int is empty...
