Typically, you will have to analyse your traffic and see what is criticlal
and no-critical traffic. You can then create a list of subnets which are
non-critical but generate a regular day-today ( like
yahoo,ms,gmail,yahoomail,hotmail etc) kind of traffic pattern.

Route this non-critical traffic through your 2M link with route your default
through 10M link. It might be time consuming but easiest way if your
organisation doesn't want to spend on AS number. This will also need a
regular auditing on daily basis as there might be changes/addition/deletion
of networks on internet.

I will also use NBAR to match my kazza or other p2p traffic and route
that through my 2M link, if you have not already blocked it.

Experts in this group will definitely have some better solutions to tackle
this problem.
