Hi dennis,

Thank you for looking into this, I've tried to open a ticket with a link below the rack access information, but I always get authorization failed. It tells me to click the link inside iewb site, so I suppose the ticket graded labs website detect me as an outsider. But I click the link inside my iewb members site. I've tried three times. But still authorization failed.
