Hi,
kindly check the Flash memory, but as have mentioned above,
the IOS cannot be upgraded due to lack of memory resources.
firsly delete the current IOS from the Router, then DO-NOT reboot the
router, otherwise you will be facing many issues.
then upload the new IOS to the router using TFTP Server, and reboot it.
then enter a command at GLOBAL mode "boot system <IOS>" if there are more
than 1 IOS.
