absolutely .....
no-prepend has importance for incoming
replace-as has importance for outgoing.
The usage will depend on what requirement says ( ex .. peer should see
<> AS-PATH or ... you should see <> AS-PATH )
If nothing is mentioned .. i guess the court is all ours .... use it as we want
