As Pavel said no one is asking this router for the traffic. Since this is a
lab I am assuming you have manually configured a subscriber now you need to
ask yourself why that subscribers request is not being forwarded to this
router. Check pim for interfaces, neighbors, rp mappings, dr-priority on
the last hop to the subscriber. One thing to remember with the auto-rp
mappings is they are using multicast to distribute which means there could
be RPF failures just getting the mappings to the other routers.
