Switch QoS is definitely not something you can tackle in a week. I have been
making a determined effort over the last month to go through everything and
my lab date is 6 months away. In that time I have learned to become
comfortable attempting a task, but still not totally confident.
That being said, you only have one week. Do a google search for "3560 qos
blog" and you can start to review some good stuff out there.
