Depends how you configure it.
If configured globally (portfast option) then
BPDU Guard->If a bpdu is received, put the port in err-disabled mode
BPDU-Filter-> if a bpdu is received then take the port out of portfast mode
and port will become normal stp port.
If configured per interface then,
I guess both will drop the BPDUs.
