I am not sure if I got your question right. If both links are trunk and you
want all the odd vlans passing through one interface and even vlans from the
other interface then you may try to use "sw trunk forward vlans" command and
permit vlans accordingly.
In order to select one switch as primary for odd or even vlans, set its
priority accordingly.
