This sure is a concern with the free retake. Maybe that's why cisco requires
a 5 day delay between retakes if candidate fails the exam. Sure, some
questions may repeat after 5 days, but that isn't enough for passing.

There are always candidates trying to find loopholes in the system, and then
there are who study hard and try to pass in first attempt. Best thing we can
do is to be like the second kind and let Cisco worry about the abusers.
