I really see that this could lead to a lot of troubleshooting in the real
lab. Especially if they have broken stuff in your configs to begin with.
If I don't configure verify configure verify configure verify I tend to get
into a lot of trouble. Some things I do in notepad and then dump on the
routers the main ones that come to mind are PIM modes on interfaces, frame
relay configs, and L2 switching if there is a lot of it. This actually
sounds like something that might be useful to try just to test my
understanding of commands, but I wouldn't dream of doing it on my lab date.
Are you writing the configs all in notepad or using dynamips? No chance I
am gonna pull a full labs worth of commands out of thin air.
