NTP, BGP comes to mind... to configure the router-generated traffic feature
for CBAC simply

ip inspect name fwpolicy tcp router-traffic

Int s0/0
Ip access-group 101 in
Ip inspect fwpolicy out

So you see, the policy observes tcp traffic and the router generated tcp
traffic on the way out...
