Hey Scott,
I attended Networkers in 2007 in California. Like yourself I considered
paying extra to attend Techtorials but, in the end, I was too cheap.
Afterwards, I was very happy with my decision because there were so many
free lectures that I overloaded with info just the same.
Of course, you may reach a different decision.
Tim

First of all, anyone attending? I've been mulling it over for several
months now, having never attended one myself anywhere at all in the world
and also seeing a great opportunity for a small vacation prior or following.
Some other general questions are whether or not the "Techtorial" is worth
the extra cash? CCIE pricing for the main event is only R2,999.00 (only
about US$400!). But the Techtorial adds yet another R2000.00 for just a
single day of fun.
Also, for anyone having attended both the main event in the States and any
other outside of the States, are there any perceptible differences? Other
considerations?
Thanks much all!
Scott
