Hello all!

Jonny, this thing with "...the whole lab was almost too easy..." is
something that is on my mind for a long time.
I wanted to understand how come, somebody that made this affirmation
after he/she taking the CCIE lab (or pretend that he/she did), could
not answer some more simple questions that I put to him/her (personal
discussion over the net). I think there are some persons that after
taking this exam would prefer that nobody else to be able to take it,
so his value on the market to keep high or even to increase, and then
they make this kind of affirmation in a feeback to Cisco or others.
Of course that if the person that take this exams, and make this kind
of affirmation, is a person that stand 24hours in from of rack and
have no social and personal life, will know more that I do, which I'm
hard worker, I try to learn a lot, but also prefer that at the weekend
to take my dog for a walk or to take some photography in the nature. In
this context it is normal that the knowledge requested in the exam
compared to the all knowledge that he/she have make this exam to be
not so hard. But nevertheless, this exam (like any other exams) is
made to test your knowledge in some areas. If you know more, that is
excellent for you and for your career.
To say that this exam was too easy is a little bit exagerate. Compare
to what it was to easy? To your personal knowledge, to other exams
that's on the market...?
As I understood there are differences between that labs that you could
get during the CCIE exam, and you can get and "easy" one or a "hard"
one. But this is also subjective, because maybe some of us have better
skills and understanding in QOS and other in routing. If the lab you
get is focus more on your personal abilities than you have luck and
I'm glad for you.
I'm sorry if my lines are considered to be an offence by some of you,
and I appologize, but this is my personal opinion.

Best regards,
Calin
