distance for neighbor under eigrp

What is the meaning of 'source address' under eigrp when configuring a
specific distance for certain routes as in below?

R2(config-router)#distance 91 ?
  A.B.C.D IP Source address

- would it be the eigrp router id, or next-hop-ip address that I should match
against?
