Would it not be easier to look up the RFC and have the list spelled out?
Many of the strange listings in that RFC have been removed from it as they
are valid allocated addresses now (e.g. 24.0.0.0/8, 39.0.0.0/8, etc.). The
RFC was an idea of protecting against bogons, but that's more a moving
target.
There are some good messages in the archives as well about this RFC and
simple ways to remember (rather than memorize) what pieces to be concerned
with!
But no matter what, out of the list you have below (which is missing many),
the 0.0.0.0 is a /8 and not a /32.

One task required to blcok RFC3330 Addresses I looked up this RFC and i
found a long list of addresses while the solution mentioned few of them only
0.0.0.0/32
224.0.0.0/4
127.0..0.0/8
169.254.0.0/16
192.0.2.0/24
Would you please elaborate on this requirement?
