Dear group,
I have a seat in Sydney at 21-Nov-2008, but i have *not* already made a
payment (I booked it at the beginning of 2008).
Now I want to drop this seat and reschedule 12-Dec-2008 at Hong Kong site.
But I am very confusing about penalty when I drop the seat in Sydney.

Does anyone know this situation? Pls, give me an good advice.
