In general, a RIB failure indicates that the route passed the BGP best-path selection, but was unable to install in the routing table, usually due to another protocol with a better administrative distance. It is generally not an issue, and should not cost points, unless the section specifically stated that the routes should show in the routing table as learned from BGP.
