What Victor means is press and hold the CTRL key and while still
pressing CTRL hit the V key. Then, release both the CTRL and V keys and
type the "?" character. This should insert the "?" character as output
and not interpret that as the IOS "Help" command.

Thanks Victor, but when I push the CTRL and V keys nothing happens
When I keep pushing the CTRL key with my left hand, and then by right
hand I
press the V , nothing happens, then while pushing the CTRL with left
hand, I
press the ? with right hand.
IOS shows ^_
It doesn't show ?
Help!

Hello
I'm trying to enter ? as a character in password, I tried CTRL+V , ESC+Q
and
some other sorts of combinations but all failed.
I tried with SecureCRT and also PUTTY.
What is the correct way to pushing the keys on the keyboard, while you
are
in IOS CLI, to make a ? mark apprear on screen but IOS doesn't show
anything
after you enter the ?
??
