How can I enter a ? as text in IOS

Hello

I'm trying to enter ? as a character in password, I tried CTRL+V , ESC+Q and
some other sorts of combinations but all failed.

I tried with SecureCRT and also PUTTY.

What is the correct way to pushing the keys on the keyboard, while you are
in IOS CLI, to make a ? mark apprear on screen but IOS doesn't show anything
after you enter the ?
