The "tunnel mpls traffic-eng bandwidth" is also optional and specifies an
amount of bandwidth to be reserved for the TE tunnel along its path.
Eg,
interface Tunnel1
ip unnumbered Loopback0
tunnel destination 11.11.11.20
tunnel mode mpls traffic-eng
tunnel mpls traffic-eng autoroute announce
tunnel mpls traffic-eng priority 5 5
tunnel mpls traffic-eng bandwidth 25

No - I do not believe so.
You might be confusing the bandwidth command with ip rsvp bandwidth.
Here is a quick sample, basic config on an interface:
interface serial 0/0
mpls ip
mpls traffic-eng tunnels
ip rsvp bandwidth 128
