The CCIE qualifies you as having the CCNA + the Foundations series (BCMSN,
ISCW and BSCI or whatever the hell they're called now).
CCDA is still it's own thing, so you'll need the DESGN test for that. You
can pass the ONT if you're adding a CCIE then, or just the ARCH if you
getting CCDP.
The cert support folks have been less than stellar in responses I've heard
about or received personally.
Design is a different track for things, so you will need the CCDA and the
ARCH tests.

Folks,
I work in the Design Department. For some reason, Managment would like for
me to have at least a CCDA. I looked at the Cisco Cert Manager website. It
shows I only need to pass the ARCH to get the CCDP even though I don't have
the DA. I opened a ticket with Cert Support. They said I need the DA and
pass all the DP tests even though I have the NP & IE. So I just wonder if
some has this experience.
