Yup, the site in remote location and they forgot to plu the secondary
PS, I asked them to plug it and then the error gone :)

It would seem that either your second power supply in the 3845 is broken
or
turned off. But either way, the system can't get a reading from it.

Did you borrow a power supply for use in another router and forget to
put it
back? :)
