Where is Ethertypes table in DOC CD?

Does anyone manage to locate an Ethertypes table in the new DOC
location?

Googling for 'site:cisco.com Ethertypes' only shows few links to old
Cat3900 documentation which still exist in the old Doc CD, but they are
no longer available in the new Doc location
