Thanks to everyone that replied!
I called Cisco and opened a case and they will merge the 2 accounts.
The cust. service rep did tell me though that the CCIE written does
not renew your CCNA or CCNP if its expired. Is this true? I keep
hearing different things from different people so I wanted a definate
answer once and for all.
Will passing the CCIE written exam renew your expired CCNA and CCNP?
Thanks,
Usama
