I imagine CCO has configs that could help you. I realise you are not using
frame but ISDN was often used to back it up (still is in some places).
Replace frame relay with the synchronous line you are using. Alternatively
check the archives for any backup scenarios involving ISDN. A favorite topic
for CCIE back in the day.
