What is the purpose of the 'private config' as in below?

Rack1SW1#sh boot
BOOT path-list : flash:c3750-advipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE4.bin
Config file : flash:/archive/backup.config
Private Config file : flash:/private-config.text
Enable Break : no
Manual Boot : no
HELPER path-list :
Auto upgrade : yes
