Subject: CCIE #21955

I just wanted to send a note out to the group to say that i have passed the
IE on the first try and i am rocking #21955. The test and process in itself
has been a tremendous experience and one i would recommend to any engineer
who wants to be the best at what they do. I want to thank Narbik Kocharians
and Scott Morris for their recommendations to take the exam and the support
throughout the whole process. Narbik is one of the finest teachers i have
had and his expertise and friendship has been tremendously valuable in this
process. I am forever in your debt.

A few other "shoutouts" i would like to throw out is for Tony Schaffran @
CCOnlinelabs.. his rack rental system is second to none and he has been a
great support gauge during the process, it is much appreciated friend.

And to my wife and children who have sacrified along the way as much as
anyone, i love you greatly.

To all of those looking to take the exam soon here is what i can share:

1. Develop a sound strategy, like other folks have said before.. bringing
order to chaos can save the day 2. Know the DocCD (or whatever the new one
is called). Knowing the DocCD reduces the chance of loosing points to
obscurity 3. Relax as much as you can under pressure - like working in the
field, the more level headed.. the more valuable the concentration.

The technology is very important to know, but process and focus wins the day
in my opinion. The actual lab as said before in the forums is fair and Cisco
has done a tremendous job on this certification, i am proud to be one of the
numbers.

Thanks again to everyone on the board and good luck, Nate Cielieska CCIE
