Re: how long before my lab should I take a bootcamp?

There are two kinds of bootcamps. One that I went to is just a bunch
of mock labs and the instructor just sat there like a proctor to answer
questions. It's hard to see what makes that more worthwhile than working
at home, particularly if you are doing a workbook that has a good answer
key. The second kind is theory lecture with specific labs on specific
technologies. I am planning one of those for a month before the real
thing just to solidify the theory. Work is paying for it though...
