Hi
have you verified the port status after the ping stoped, check the port
status using *show interface status , show interface x/x switchport* and
confirm every thing ok. then try to enable debug and ping with repeat count
as one.
it will help you.
some time if the problem with dynamips try to save and stop the perticular
device and start and check it again.
