Its a good policy, it will throw the braindumpers off, but the questions
will just be leaked, so how are they going to manage this?
I reckon cisco need to ask questions particular to the candidates lab. Do
the interview at the end of the day. Watch the candidate configure all day
using vnc, come up with questions while the candidate is configuring and ask
those, instead of a set of questions that can be leaked and we then have the
same problem again. ask them why the did things this way and that way,
instead of they questions they might know is coming and practiced for.
