I just got an e-mail, as I'm sure many of you did, that says:
"Our records show that you have a lab scheduled 90 days or more from
September 6, 2008. Please remit payment as soon as possible to secure
your lab date. If payment is not received, your lab date will be
canceled."
I guess this answers the question about whether this new policy will
apply to existing lab bookings -- it does!
The odd thing is, my lab date is in the "..or more" category (January
15), so why the pressure to pay now? The threat to cancel, without
specifying a due date, is a nice touch too.
Sigh.
