I believe this new rule applies for new booking of exams as I already booked my exam for Nov 20 2008 and the due date still remians on Cisco Web site for 10/23/2008, therefore I still have almost 2 months to reschedule o drop the exam before the payday due. However I am not sure and I haven4t received an email notice as I am already within the 90 days period.
