yep, just as I remembered...here it was:

this archive repository doesn't have 2008 entries so I'm not sure when they
just removed Terminal Services, but it must have been within the last few
months or so. Hopefully they moved it and didn't just remove it
altogether. The section in CLI is no where near as all inclusive as it was
in Terminal Services.
