chk
1) sh int s3/0:0
2)sh runn
3)sh ip route
4)sh proc cpu
5) are you using ip nbar which can raise CPU
or send "Show tech" .
OR
Creat one accesslist for allow TCP,UDP , ICMP,IP with log
apply on outside interface direction IN
check hits by sh access-list
